Join OMSI for hands-on learning for early educators!
Participants in “Supporting Young Mathematicians” connect literacy, mathematics, and play. We will mine the rich math content in storybooks, and learn fun and developmentally appropriate story based games to take back to your learning setting. Content and activities focused on Preschool age.
All attendees will receive a set of children's books for their classroom, and an educator resource book. Snacks provided. Trimet tickets are available for attendees at the event to support transportation needs.
For participants interested in Oregon Registry Online credit, this is a Set Two training for Learning Environments and Curriculum (LEC).
