You will be able to play Read 4 Life by asking for a gameboard at your library, printing out a gameboard (available in Chinese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Russian and English), or by playing online on your computer or smartphone. The game begins June 16.
This game is for adults. Are you 18 or younger? We have a summer reading game just for you.

How to play
Over the summer, complete any 4 activities listed on the gameboard;
OR play the summer reading game online using Beanstack.
You may enter the prize drawing only once, no matter how you choose to play.

Another way to play
You can still play if you don’t want to use Beanstack or the gameboard. Simply write a list of four books or reading activities you completed, add your name, contact information and “Read 4 Life 2023”, and then drop your entry at any Multnomah County Library by August 31, 2023. You may also contact us to submit your entry.
You can submit your entry in any language.
Prize drawings
When you complete the game, you can enter your name into a prize drawing for a $50 gift card. Some of the choices include $50.00 gift cards to Fred Meyer, Starbucks, or Third Eye Books.
When you've entered the drawing, you have completed the Read 4 Life challenge. Prize drawings will be held after September 1, 2023. You must be a Multnomah County resident to qualify as a prize winner.
Read 4 Life is sponsored by The Friends of the Library.
