Portland ESL Network 
A list of English as a second language (ESL) classes in the Portland area.

Easter Seals Connecting Communities Program 
Provides ESL classes for all community members. They also offer programs for individuals with disabilities who have a language or literacy barrier.

Tigard Informal Language Learning for Adults (TIELLA)  
Provides in-person and online conversation practice. Small groups English learners at all levels. 

Torus 
Connects learners and tutors. Offers English classes around the county, including at libraries.

Mount Hood Community College ESL
Offers classes to develop reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.

Portland Community College ESOL
Offers classes for all levels of English learning, including students with no or very little English. This program welcomes deaf or hard-of-hearing students.
