Can't come to the library? We can come to you. Our driver will bring books, both large print and regular print, and other library materials to your home. Call our office at 503.988.5404 to arrange for any of these services.

Delivery by mail

Library Outreach Services sends books by mail free to outreach patrons.

Home delivery

Our driver can deliver books and other library materials, including videos and audiobooks, right to your home. Outreach staff can help select books for you, based on your preferences. Deliveries are scheduled every two months.

Talking Books and Braille Services at the Oregon State Library

Talking Books and Braille Services at the Oregon State Library provides audiobooks and players to print-disabled Oregonians. You can reach them at 1.800.452.0292 from anywhere in Oregon.

Adult care homes and assisted living facilities

We can bring an assortment of books and movies every two months.

Retirement homes

We bring the library to 30 different retirement homes every month, providing a large selection of books, audio, and movies for residents to browse and check out.

Words on Wheels

Library volunteers will pick up and deliver library materials directly to your home.
