Oregon Library Passport Program

Multnomah County Library has joined the Oregon Library Passport Program, giving Multnomah County Library patrons access to more than 100 participating libraries in Oregon. Find out if your library participates.

Cardholders of participating Oregon libraries who live outside the free service area may apply for a limited-use Multnomah County Library card. Terms of use for this program are established by each participating library. Patrons must use their “home” library card to register for a Passport library card at each library they wish to use. Materials must be checked out and returned at the library or library system that issued the Passport card.

To get a free Multnomah County Library card, present a library card from a participating Oregon Passport Library, and photo identification, at any Multnomah County Library.
