When you place a hold in the online catalog, select your pickup location:
- Holgate Hold Lockers
- Woodstock Hold Lockers
Please note: If you select the main library location, then your holds will be routed for inside pickup, not locker pickup.

About three. You will be notified if any of your items are too large to fit into a locker. If you have more than three items, you might have multiple lockers to check.
- Wait for a library notice that your holds are ready to pick up.
- Arrive at the lockers.
- Touch the screen to start the process.
- Scan your library card or manually enter the library card number. Enter your password on the touchscreen.
- The locker door will pop open.
- The screen will prompt you if there are more items for you in other lockers.
- Remove your hold(s).
- Shut the locker door(s).
Items will be checked out to you and be listed on your account when you retrieve the items from the locker. If you do not pick up the items, they are not checked out to you.
