Author Talk: Tilt by Emma Pattee

Wed Sep 17
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Emma Pattee, climate journalist, playwright and author, joins us to talk about her new novel, Tilt.

Annie is nine months pregnant and shopping for a crib at IKEA when a massive earthquake hits Portland. With no way to reach her husband and a city left in chaos, there's nothing to do but walk.
Emma will talk about Annie's journey, and her own, in envisioning a Portland reeling from disaster.

Made possible by The National Endowment for the Humanities Fund of The Library Foundation.
