About the stations

• Chargers are installed and managed by OpConnect.
• Download the OpConnect application on your phone to begin your charging experience with the ClipperCreek HCS-50PR EV Charger.

Support for EV drivers 

If you’re having trouble initiating or maintaining a charge: 

• Call the support number listed on the station or receive support via the OpConnect app (used to initiate the charging session).
• The OpConnect help center (phone number on the stations) can take credit card payment over the phone, initiate a remote start or stop, help drivers unplug from the station and troubleshoot issues.  

If you’ve tried all of the options provided through OpConnect, and are still having issues, please communicate the issue to library staff. Library staff can report this to Multnomah County Facilities for further troubleshooting.
