Join us to paint familiar flora and fauna found here in the Pacific Northwest! Follow step-by-step instructions to paint the project of the day, then explore with watercolor on your own.

This program is intended for tweens & teens in grades 4+. No experience necessary, all supplies provided.

This hands-on class helps you make a clear evacuation plan before an emergency happens. Survival instructor Sharon from Afrovivalist will guide you through the process step by step. Using a map of your area, you will choose a meeting place for the people in your life and plan what to do if you need to leave quickly.

Join cartoonist Breena Bard in a new comics workshop that's perfect for the spooky season! Design your own monster and spooky story ideas to take comics to the next level of terror! Practice facial expressions that will capture fear and relief! Learn new types of mark-making to heighten the suspense! Experiment with different forms of lettering to add to drama and intensity!

Work on the DIY craft of the week, create your own project with the library's craft materials, or bring a project from home that you've been working on - art journal, embroidery project, book bedazzling, whatever's your thing! Sew, paint, glue, make, design; the sky's your limit.

Join Chelsea Hoshaw for a family-friendly yoga class! Family yoga includes songs, books, meditation, movement and emotional regulation techniques for the whole family! Child-sized mats will be supplied; families can bring their own adult mats if they would like. This class is geared toward 0-6 but siblings can come, too. Each child needs to have an adult and adults are encouraged to participate.
