Este programa se presenta en español. La asistencia es limitada y hay entradas gratuitas disponibles 15 minutos antes de la hora de cuentos.

Babies from birth to 12 months (with a favorite adult) enjoy songs, action rhymes, and playtime, with bonus socialization for babies and the adults. Attendance is limited and free tickets are available 15 minutes before storytime.

Hiya Teens! Sustainability is so important in today's world, so we’re jumping into Spring, with our Spring Swap Meet. 

Do you have gently used clothes, items, or do you have craft items? At the Hillsdale library, we’re having a Teen Spring Swap where we trade with each other, so get ready to haggle! Walk away with new things or get rid of old things, let’s make a trade!

Put on your pajamas, grab a bedtime buddy, and join us for stories, songs and fun. For children 6 years and younger with adult.

Attendance is limited and free tickets are available 15 minutes before storytime. Please note: There will be no storytime on March 4th or March 11th.  

We welcome teens to the library to create crafts - materials provided! Work on the DIY craft of the week or do your own thing with our location's craft materials. Sew, paint, glue, make, design; the sky's your limit! Learn alongside others, share your knowledge, and explore new ways of making things!

Week 1: Collaborative Art (quilt, collage, collaborative drawing, gratitude tree, etc.)
Week 2: Lego Lab
Week 3: Afternoon Art take home craft (exploring watercolors, sculpture with air dry clay, pom pom animals, collage, etc.)
Week 4: STEAM Studio (Science/Engineering, Rube Goldberg Machines, Cardboard construction, Sphero obstacle courses, Minute to Win It Challenges, Marble Runs, etc.)

Toddlers (with a favorite adult) enjoy interactive stories, songs and games that encourage their emerging language skills.

Attendance is limited and free tickets are available 15 minutes before storytime.

Let’s face it, the Teen Space needs your help. The librarians are breaking out the Silhouette Cameo for the Teens to create some decals for the Teen Space. Teens will revamp the space or create decals to take home for their own Teen Space.

Do you need some help with your resume? Are you unsure about your choice of words? Struggling to describe your accomplishments? Come meet with an experienced volunteer for a one-on-one review. If you have a paper copy of your resume, please bring it along. 

No registration required, drop in during the scheduled time for first come first served help. Sessions are generally 30 minutes.
