Join Shira Fogel as we sing, dance, and learn together!

Shira has worked with children as an educator for 20+ years, and an educator to parents and caregivers, local and worldwide, for over 15 years! As the owner/instructor of Tiny Talkers Portland, she has a deep understanding on fostering early communication skills and supporting them in playful ways throughout early childhood.

Central Library, beloved by the community since 1913, is now open with modern enhancements for you to enjoy!

Join us for a 45 minutes walking tour through the building.  No registration required.

Join us for a fun and imaginative LEGO building session. We'll provide the building blocks, you bring the creativity! Ideal for grades K-5, but younger and older siblings are welcome. 

Babies from birth to 12 months (with a favorite adult) enjoy songs, action rhymes, and playtime, with bonus socialization for babies and the adults.  

Attendance is limited and free tickets are available 15 minutes before storytime.

Come and sing along with Angel Ocasio, as he plays the ukulele and leads you through a selection of fun and classic songs, some in English and some in Spanish, for all family members to enjoy.
