The COMPASS Center at Central Library provides access to neighborhood-based attorneys from Multnomah County District Attorney's (MCDA) Office to patrons at no cost - for various support purposes including but not limited to:
- Expungement services;
- Fines and fee reduction/forgiveness;
- Warrant removal
- Victim services
- Legal education
Patrons will also be able to ask general questions and receive specific information about pending or closed legal matters, as well as physical and mental health insurance and services access and navigation.
Services are free and first-come, first served. No registration is needed.
