The number of photos we take and can store using our smartphones increases every year. But what happens when you reach the limits of what you can save on your phone? Cloud based storage is a convenient way to move images from your phone’s internal storage to an internet based account with more capacity. If you’re new to cloud storage or could use a refresher, this introductory class may be just the thing for you. Attendees are encouraged to have their smartphones with them to participate; Android and iPhone devices are both welcome.

- Learn what is meant by “the cloud,” and how and where it stores information
- Learn about different image file types and average file sizes
- Learn the benefits of freeing up storage space on your smartphone
- Learn about cloud photo backup systems
- Learn to share images from your backup system
