Taste and appreciate traditional Eritrean coffee with Edom Daniel.  All are welcome to learn about these beautiful aspects of northeast African culture. Education will be provided on the benefits of reiki, vibrational sound healing, aromatherapy, meditation and breathwork for healing through anxiety, depression and trauma. The objective of this fall series is to immerse participants in engaging activities that ignite their creativity with fall floral material both fresh and dried. This series is designed for people within the community from various ethnic backgrounds and age groups. Participants will be able to explore their artistic expression through natural design, and immerse themselves in therapeutic practices for emotional well being.

Experience a mesmerizing performance of buraanbur, a Somali form of dance, music, and poetry performed by and for women. Come learn about beautiful buraanbur and Somali culture, from the local artist and educator, Amina Abdirahman. This event will be in Soomalli and English. This program is for women audiences.
