Holistic Healing for Black Mental Health and Wellness

This workshop will provide participants an opportunity to learn about the benefits of holistic healing and culturally specific modalities for improving Black individuals mental health and wellness. We will engage in discussions pertaining to generational, ancestral and racial trauma. Education will be provided on the benefits of reiki, vibrational sound healing, aromatherapy, meditation and breathwork for healing through anxiety, depression and trauma. Join us for this beautiful program led by Sankofa Center for Healing founder, ZaDora Williams, LCSW.
