Petals and Thorns Poetry Workshop: Anatomy of a Poem, is a workshop that was created for novice and seasoned writers and poets who are interested in exploring the craft of poetry. No need to have been an English major or a paid author, to declare yourself a poet! Come be in community, get those thoughts out and share your love of expression! During the workshop, participants will take a deeper look at literary devices/tools and artistic choices used to craft poetry. Participants will be given time to begin their own poem, using topics discussed in class as writing prompts.
