Black History Month: Paint with He(ART)
Explore paintings that highlight the diversity of Black people with an emphasis on our self-love, our Black relationships with each other, and our Black woman empowerment. This is a live painting class with all materials provided.
Laolao's Dumplings Author Visit and Craft
Join Oregon Book Award-winning author Dane Liu for the release of her new picture book Laolao’s Dumplings, which Publishers Weekly called a “moving tale of intergenerational and community bonds” in a starred review. Dane will read aloud, answer your questions, and together we will make our wishes for the new year and wrap them into dumpling ornaments. For ages 4-9. Each family will receive a free copy of Laolao's Dumplings. Free tickets available 30 minutes in advance.
Yoga for Computer Overload
Decrease tension in your shoulders, neck, face and hands in this breath-based yoga class that will counter the stress of computer work.
The focus on spine health, strength, balance and flexibility makes this class an important antidote to the postural and mental strains of our online lives.
