Citizenship Class - 12 sessions
Learn about the process of becoming a citizen in a 12-week series of classes. Prepare for your citizenship interview. Study United States history and government for the examination. Classes are taught by a volunteer from SOAR Legal.

Desmitificar la IA con Ramón Alvarado
Las tecnologías de la Inteligencia Artificial se han vuelto omnipresentes recientemente, desde aplicaciones de chat y búsqueda hasta sistemas de recomendación en nuestras plataformas de entretenimiento y redes sociales, pasando por usos financieros y médicos e incluso interacciones sociales. Esto ha generado un ciclo reciente de exageración y preocupación respecto de las posibles limitaciones, daños e incluso promesas de dichas tecnologías. Aunque algunas de estas preocupaciones pueden estar justificadas, existe mucha confusión respecto a los peligros y oportunidades que ofrecen estas tecnologías. En esta charla pretendo desmitificar las tecnologías de Inteligencia Artificial y explicar, de manera accesible, cómo funcionan, dónde funcionan y cuándo funcionan, para que juntos podamos pensar más claramente cuáles son sus implicaciones éticas y así, juntos, mejor decidir cuándo/dónde/o si es queremos estas tecnologías en nuestras vidas.

¡Vengan a disfrutar y divertirse en este programa interactivo para niños de 0 a 6 años! Ofrecemos actividades que promueven la alfabetización temprana, leyendo libros, cantando, jugando y haciendo manualidades. Los padres de familia, hermanos mayores de 6 años y cuidadores son bienvenidos. Este programa se presenta en español.
