Juneteenth: Black Storytime
Celebrating Juneteenth and Black resilience. The African and African American experience comes alive for children from birth to age 6 (with their favorite adult/family members). Have fun with books and stories, songs, and movement activities in a positive and affirming environment. Black Storytime builds language and literacy skills your child needs to be ready for kindergarten.
Birding for Beginners
Looking to hone your birding skills? Want to learn ways to attract more birds to your outdoor space? Join Nature Nerd Expeditions for an afternoon with the birds. In this adult birding class you will learn I.D. tips and tricks that'll help you identify a bird faster and more accurately. You will also learn some basic landscaping and feeding tips that'll help you attract more bird species to your outdoor space.
Jazz for the Whole Family
Newel Briggs and his band perform lively jazz that is good for the soul and will make everyone get off their chairs and start movin’ to the groove.

Intro to Music Technology
Want to create music?
Learn about the technology and techniques that today's artists use to create songs, score films, make soundscapes, and express themselves.
You will learn how to use Ableton for music production, film scoring, field recording, sound design and more!
For tweens and teens ages 12-18.

Juneteenth: Kids Junk Orchestra: Musical Journey
Kids Junk Orchestra players make rhythms and music on whatever surface they can think of — drums, bongos, buckets, body percussion, and even pots and pans!
Queer Youth Club
A safe place where ALL are welcome to be themselves. Find support, eat snacks, get creative, discuss favorite books, and more! Bring a friend, or make a new one. For grades 5-8.
Queer Youth Club is a youth-run club for that unites LGBTQIA+ and allied youth during the summer while school GSAs (Genders & Sexualities Alliances) are closed. This club will run from June 18-August 20. Email alecc@multcolib.org for more information.
Makerspace drop-in for adults
What will you create? Bring your ideas, inventions, and projects to share or to get help on. Space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To attend this program, you need to have basic computer skills and know how to use a computer with a mouse. If you are new to computers, entry-level computer classes and one-on-one assistance are available at the library.

Learn to build DIY bird feeders using recycled materials. We'll discuss why providing food for local birds matters, creating a haven for our feathered friends. Join us for a fun and eco-friendly adventure!

Teens are invited to explore and create in multiple art mediums. All skill levels welcome. Supplies and snacks provided, but feel free to bring a work in progress and your own tools.
