When lots in the Sunnyside Addition first went on sale in 1888, the neighborhood quickly became a popular east side streetcar suburb. Learn to create, or better utilize, a Google Email (Gmail) account. This course offers students the opportunity to create an email account to assist in learning additional skills offered in our other Google Suite classes.

Kids in grades 2-3 and their favorite adults are invited to talk about graphic novels and eat snacks! Every meeting includes a short activity related to this month's book. A limited number of books are available for pick up at the library.

What will you create? Bring your ideas and make them a reality with 3D printers, craft cutters, laser cutter, sewing machines, art supplies and more.

For teens in grades 6-12.

Join us for a fun and imaginative LEGO building session. We'll provide the building blocks, you bring the creativity! Ideal for grades K-5, but younger and older siblings are welcome.

Help your librarian choose the best books, movies, comics, programs and events for you and your friends. Have fun working on special projects, making new friends, and creating the perfect library for you! This is a volunteer position and snacks will be provided. For kids ages 9-12.

Enjoy songs, rhymes, rhythm and dance in this active program for children ages 0 to 6 and their parents or caregivers.

Do you love anime? Are you in middle school or high school? If so, join our Anime Club! We meet two times a month at the Rockwood Library Makerspace to watch anime, discuss our favorite series, and eat yummy snacks. We can talk about mangas, do anime crafts, and design anime-themed materials as well!
