BIRD OUT! with Nature Nerd Expeditions
Bird watching is a wonderful way to exercise, explore nature, and make new friends. Kids will learn from a local expert birder and educator about the basics of birding, including how to I.D. local species, how to use binoculars, and how to stay safe when out in nature. You'll have the chance to make your own binoculars and use them in a nearby park to start your own birding adventure!

A Midsummers' Movie Nights
Come beat the heat at Kenton Library and take in an early evening show. This series will take place every Monday from 5-7 p.m July 8th-August 12th, seating is available on a first come first serve basis. The titles selected for this series will be a wide ranging mix from art house comedies, international award winners, subversive political thrillers, surrealist classics and other off beat selections.
Friendly Frog Felting for Teens
Felt a fuzzy frog friend! The perfect introduction to feltingsimple animals. In this class you'll learn all about needle felting: what types of fibers work best, selecting appropriate felting needles, and how to sculpt complex shapes. At the end of this class you'll be equipped with the skills to do all sorts of needle felting projects. Let's craft together!
Children's Blues Music with Wendy and DB
Join us for a performance by this Grammy nominated duo from Chicago! Wendy and DB have pioneered a blues inspired space in children’s music. Through folklore, stories and song, they explore themes of freedom, love, self worth, creativity and curiosity. Wendy and DB use their voices, ukulele, percussion and guitars to bring high-energy music to every performance! Space is limited.

Intro to Making Music With Ableton Workshop
This workshop covers how to craft music on the digital audio workstation Ableton Live. Discover the fundamentals as we delve into beat-making, sound design and arranging tracks. Learn how to manipulate samples, utilize MIDI instruments and employ effects to shape your unique sound.
Preschool Storytime
Children from ages 3 to 6 (with a favorite adult) have fun with engaging books, songs and activities as they build their early literacy skills.
