Clownin' Around with Nikki Brown Clown
Portland’s favorite clown is back with a storytime that is a culturally creative blend of picture books infused with sounds and activities for all.
Participation is encouraged, and all ages are welcome!

Code and Build with Lego
Come explore science, technology, engineering, math and robotics concepts with Lego STEM kits in a hands-on, fun, and engaging environment. Kids grow their critical thinking, coding, and design skills as a team and gain real-world problem solving experience through a guided, global robotics program, helping them build a better future. For kids ages 6-10.
Tiny Tots
One-year-olds (with a favorite adult) enjoy songs, movement activities, rhymes, books and playtime. This action-packed program engages new walkers in language-based activities.

Native Story Hour
Come sing, listen, learn and celebrate. Join Karen Kitchen (Osage Nation) for this story hour featuring songs and books from Native cultures. Children, families, elders, aunties and uncles — everyone is welcome.

Silly Storytime for Families - outdoors!
Children of all ages are invited to this series of silly, goofy, wacky Storytimes filled with songs, crafts, and stories! Come with your clothes on backwards or with your best kooky hair, however you want to show up is more than welcome. Weather permitting, Silly Storytime will be held on the lawn outside the Multnomah County Library at University of Oregon pop-up; otherwise they'll be inside.
Water and Swimming Safety for Kids
A pediatric health educator from the child injury prevention team at Randall Childrens Hospital will present a fun lesson to teach children about water safety and swimming, using a read-aloud, song, and activity book.
Lego Club
Join us for a fun and imaginative LEGO building session. We'll provide the building blocks, you bring the creativity! Ideal for grades K-5, but younger and older siblings are welcome.
Read to the Dogs
Improve your reading skills and make a new friend by reading aloud to a therapy dog. The dogs and handlers are from Alliance of Therapy Dogs, Dove Lewis Portland Area Canine Therapy Teams and Pet Partners®. Call 503.988.5123 to register.
Family Storytime Online
Join us for an online storytime for ages birth - 6 and their favorite adult with fun books, songs, rhymes, and more!
