Learn about the process of becoming a citizen in a 12-week series of classes. Prepare for your citizenship interview. Study United States history and government for the examination. Classes are taught by a volunteer from SOAR Legal.

Celebrating Juneteenth and Black resilience. The African and African American experience comes alive for children from birth to age 6 (with their favorite adult/family members). Looking to hone your birding skills? Want to learn ways to attract more birds to your outdoor space? Join Nature Nerd Expeditions for an afternoon with the birds. In this adult birding class you will learn I.D. tips and tricks that'll help you identify a bird faster and more accurately. You will also learn some basic landscaping and feeding tips that'll help you attract more bird species to your outdoor space.

Want to create music?

Learn about the technology and techniques that today's artists use to create songs, score films, make soundscapes, and express themselves.

You will learn how to use Ableton for music production, film scoring, field recording, sound design and more!

A safe place where ALL are welcome to be themselves. Find support, eat snacks, get creative, discuss favorite books, and more! Bring a friend, or make a new one. For grades 5-8.

Queer Youth Club is a youth-run club for that unites LGBTQIA+ and allied youth during the summer while school GSAs (Genders & Sexualities Alliances) are closed. This club will run from June 18-August 20. Email alecc@multcolib.org for more information. 

Kids Junk Orchestra players make rhythms and music on whatever surface they can think of — drums, bongos, buckets, body percussion, and even pots and pans!

To attend this program, you need to have basic computer skills and know how to use a computer with a mouse. If you are new to computers, entry-level computer classes and one-on-one assistance are available at the library.
