非物质文化遗产系列 - 中国结 中国结,是一种中国民间艺术形式。起源于结绳记事,是为文字的前身。中国结由线或绳编成。每一个基本结根据其形、意命名。把不同的结饰互相结合在一起,或用其他具有吉祥图案的饰物搭配组合,就形成了中国结,以表示祝福或祈求。 跟我们一起来体验非遗文化,学习运用中国结与我们对家人的关爱,制作出象征平安、健康、好运的手环、钥匙扣甚至表带等物件,让家人可以戴上我们最诚挚的祝福。

Silly Storytime for Families - outdoors!

Children of all ages are invited to this series of silly, goofy, wacky Storytimes filled with songs, crafts, and stories! Come with your clothes on backwards or with your best kooky hair, however you want to show up is more than welcome. Weather permitting, Silly Storytime will be held on the lawn outside the Multnomah County Library at University of Oregon pop-up; otherwise they'll be inside.
