¡Bienvenidos a un emocionante viaje al vibrante mundo de Nico, la babosa de plátano, y su aventura en Forest Park! En este programa interactivo, los niños no solo se sumergirán en la encantadora historia de Nico escrita por Joeanally Gonzalez, sino que también darán vida a los personajes a través de un taller creativo de títeres. Hablaremos del ecosistema de Forest Park y de la importancia de cuidarlo.

This preschool storytime is especially welcoming for children and families who are looking for a more adaptive virtual storytime experience.

This program is intended for children and their caregivers. Participants may be asked to identify themselves either through camera, chat, or by unmuting. If you would like to attend as an observer, please contact us at 503.988.5123.

A safe place where ALL are welcome to be themselves. Find support, eat snacks, get creative, discuss favorite books, and more! Bring a friend, or make a new one. For grades 5-8.

Queer Youth Club is a youth-run club for that unites LGBTQIA+ and allied youth during the summer while school GSAs (Genders & Sexualities Alliances) are closed. This club will run from June 18-August 20. Email alecc@multcolib.org for more information.

What will you create? Bring your ideas, inventions, and projects to share or to get help on. Space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To attend this program, you need to have basic computer skills and know how to use a computer with a mouse. If you are new to computers, entry-level computer classes and one-on-one assistance are available at the library.

Culturally relevant and identity-supporting craft time for teens who identify as Two-Spirit/LGBTQ+ and their allies. Come enjoy some 2S/Indigequeer culture and make a hard copy of your favorite fan fic (fan fiction). While these publications are typically online/digital only, learn how to make a copy of your own “book”, with your own cover art and illustrations.
