Creative Learning Room staff and volunteers will teach you how to use our tech equipment to design things and express yourself. Project examples include 3D printers, craft cutters, sewing machines, custom t-shirts and tote bags, tons of art supplies for painting, jewelry making, and more.

Join us for a two-day Ribbon Skirt Workshop, where participants will learn how to create their own Indigenous ribbon skirts from start to finish. From measuring fabric and selecting ribbons to sewing it all together, this workshop welcomes all levels of sewing experience. It's a wonderful opportunity to celebrate your tribal heritage and culture in a supportive, creative space. Presented by Native library staff.

Use a Glowforge laser cutter to engrave and cut designs out of acrylic or wood, with assistance from staff and volunteers. No experience needed! A selection of laser-safe materials will be available for you to use.
