Family Circus Workshop with Circus Cascadia

Families are invited to try circus skills together, led by experienced instructors from Circus Cascadia. The goal of a family circus workshop is to get parents and children playing together! It can include tightrope, walking globe, juggling scarves, flowersticks and other circus equipment. The workshop can begin with a scarf circle as a whole group, followed by a more freeform structure of guided exploration and play.

Family Yoga

Join Chelsea Hoshaw for a family-friendly yoga class! Family yoga includes songs, books, meditation, movement and emotional regulation techniques for the whole family! Child-sized mats will be supplied; families can bring their own adult mats if they would like. This class is geared toward 0-6 but siblings can come, too. Each child needs to have an adult and adults are encouraged to participate.

Everybody Reads: Dream Big, a Vision Board Workshop

Shalonda Menefee's workshop empowers girls to manifest their dreams, goals, and desires. She will guide attendees on the creation of personalized vision boards. The session includes a guided meditation to connect with their deepest aspirations. After, girls will work on creating a vision board that reflects their dreams. Participants will leave with a visual tool for inspiration and motivation towards goals.
