K-12 Virtual Tutoring / Tutoría Virtual

Virtual Tutoring is for Multnomah County students in grades K-12 who need support in language arts, math, science or social studies. 

We offer three terms a year, each running for 8 weeks.

The student’s weekly appointment will be for 30 minutes on Tuesdays, sometime between 4 and 6 pm. They will be assigned an exact timeslot and tutor prior to the start of the term. These remain the same for the entire term.

Eco-Creatures: Trash to Treasure

Turn everyday “trash” into treasure! Youth will explore how to reuse and reimagine common household items to create both 2D and 3D art projects they can take home. Along the way, we’ll talk about the “3 Rs” (reduce, reuse, recycle) and how creativity helps us care for the planet.

This program is intended for a youth audience and has limited space.
