Children ages 1-18 are invited to enjoy free summer lunch at Midland Library. No reservations/sign-ups required. Lunch is served cold and will be served indoors. We have coloring sheets and crafts! Please join us!

Toddlers (with a favorite adult) enjoy interactive stories, songs and games that encourage their emerging language skills. Attendance is limited and free tickets are available 15 minutes before storytime.

Do you have knitting and/or crocheting projects that you’d love to get finished? Or new ones you want to start? Please join us for this social group on Tuesdays for yarn work and fun! Intermediate and more advanced crafters are welcome.

Every participant (child, teen, or adult) must sign up in advance to reserve a spot. No library card required. All materials are provided. Registration opens three weeks in advance.

What will you create? Bring your ideas and make them a reality! Join us at the Rockwood Library makerspace to make something cool, learn a new skill, and meet friendly people.

This preschool storytime is especially welcoming for children and families who are looking for a more adaptive virtual storytime experience.

This program is intended for children and their caregivers. Participants may be asked to identify themselves either through camera, chat, or by unmuting. If you would like to attend as an observer, please contact us at 503.988.5123.

Join Whiskers and Tails for a heartwarming day of rabbit-assisted wellness and learning. Experience the calming presence of rabbits through guided interactions. A gentle, enriching event designed to promote relaxation, connection, and emotional well-being for all ages. 

Space is limited and attendees will rotate out after 15 minutes if other patrons are waiting.
