Do you like to game? Are you in middle or high school? If so, join our gaming club! We'll play games, talk about games and eat snacks.

Please join us at the Rockwood Library for a family fun craft program--creating greeting cards! December is a time for holidays and celebrations. Please join in the winter fun by making greeting cards along with winter sing-alongs. All supplies provided!

Join us in creating some three dimensional, geometric origami shapes that turn into ornaments for this holiday season! Origami Instructor Yuki Martin will show you how, step-by-step. No folding experience required & all materials provided.

What will you create? Bring your ideas and make them a reality with 3D printers, craft cutters, laser cutter, sewing machines, art supplies and more.

For teens in grades 6-12.  

Teens are invited to work on their fiber crafts (knitting or crotchet) or just do their own thing with provided materials! Paint, draw, glue, craft - craft your dreams!

Come in, collaborate, and create in a supportive environment! Whether you're refining a project or exploring new tools and ideas, this program is designed for you. 

We provide everything you need, including computers and iPads loaded with cutting edge creative software, MIDI controllers, and headphones. Plus, technical experts will be on hand to support your creative journey.

Join us for a fun and imaginative LEGO building session. We'll provide the building blocks, you bring the creativity! Ideal for grades K-5, but younger and older siblings are welcome.

Teens are invited to chill out and come work on crafts! Materials provided! 

Work on the DIY craft of the week, or do your own thing with our location's craft materials! Sew, paint, glue, make, design; the sky's your limit! Learn alongside others, share your knowledge and explore new ways of making things!

Improve your reading skills and make a new friend by reading aloud to a therapy dog. The dogs and handlers are from Alliance of Therapy Dogs, Dove Lewis Portland Area Canine Therapy Teams and Pet Partners®. For kids and teens. Call 503.988.5123 to register.

Do you love anime?  Are you in middle or high school?  If so, join our Anime Club!  We meet to discuss our favorite series, watch anime and eat snacks.  We can talk about manga, do anime crafts and more! 

Join Hip Hop Soulsation Academy as they bring an upbeat edgy interactive performance the whole family can enjoy.

What will you create? Bring your ideas and make them a reality with 3D printers, craft cutters, laser cutter, sewing machines, art supplies and more. Space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign-ups start outside the makerspace at 2:30. No advance registration.

Children in fifth grade or under must be accompanied by an attentive adult or teen.
