Teens in grades 6-12: have you always wanted to learn how to use a sewing machine? In this three-hour workshop, participants will learn how to sew a zipper pouch from a professional fashion instructor. Skills covered: how to thread a sewing machine, perform a basic straight stitch, and sew a zipper into a pouch. Participants can select from a variety of sizes and shapes, using fabric with fun colors and patterns.
All materials are provided. Grades 6-12. Registration is required; sign ups will open on June 17.
