穆鲁玛郡图书馆允许民众携带服务性动物进入馆内。根据《美国残障人士法案》(ADA) 定义，服务性动物是指经过训练的犬只，或在某些情况下迷你型马匹，可为残障人士工作或执行任务。宠物、陪伴动物、情绪支援或治疗性动物不得进入图书馆。
