打太极拳对健康有很多益处。 它可以帮助减轻压力,改善睡眠,增强关节柔韧性,预防跌倒、以及改善血管健康。 传统杨氏三十七式太极拳代代相传,历史悠久。全程四堂课:3 月 8 日、3 月 15 日、3 月 22 日、3 月 29 日。

我们鼓励大家参加全程四堂课,但并非强制要求!

Practicing Tai Chi has many health benefits. It can help reduce stress, improve sleep, increase joint flexibility, prevent falls, and improve vascular health. This series in the traditional Yang Style 37-posture Tai Chi has been passed down through generations. This workshop includes four sessions: March 8, 15, 22, and 29.

Attending all four sessions is encouraged but not required!
