Fire Cider for Cold and Flu Season with Saundra Kamman

Fire cider is an age-old way to preserve herbs for the fall and winter months and is used to help boost the immune system, increase circulation, and support the liver. We will make a traditional recipe and taste a few variations. Everyone will go home with a fire cider of their own.
