There is free food ahead! Join local author, educator and owner of Wild Food Adventures Outdoor School, John Kallas. Listen to an eye-opening presentation about easy, abundant and edible wild plants. These are plants you could incorporate into your everyday diet. The talk is about the plants covered in his Edible Wild Plants book series. Learn how to identify, harvest, process and prepare edible wild plants found all around the greater Portland area. John will also offer tips on how to choose wild food books that will actually teach you practical skills. Bring in plants you want identified!
