Không cần đặt hẹn, xin hãy vào gặp một hỗ trợ viên thân thiện và am hiểu, người sẽ giúp quý vị tìm ra câu trả lời cho những câu hỏi về thiết bị di động, trang web, tải nội dung hoặc thông tin, thiết bị đọc sách điện tử, bắt đầu làm quen với kỹ thuật và còn nhiều vấn đề khác. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced knitter, come join the fun as we learn together. All experience levels and ages welcome. Please bring your own supplies.
Teen drop-in: Get creative at the makerspace!
Calling all teens in grades 6-12! Come make something cool, learn a new skill, and meet friendly people in this teen-focused creative space. Makerspace staff and volunteers will teach you how to use our tech equipment to design things and express yourself. Project examples include 3D printers, craft cutters, sewing machines, custom t shirts and tote bags, tons of art supplies for painting, jewelry making, and more.
Teen Game Night
Do you like to game? Are you in middle or high school? If so, join our game night the first Tuesday of every month! We'll play video games and board games, talk about games, and eat snacks.
K-12 Virtual Tutoring / Tutoría Virtual
Virtual Tutoring is for Multnomah County students in grades K-12 who need support in language arts, math, science or social studies.
We offer three terms a year, each running for 8 weeks.
The student’s weekly appointment will be for 30 minutes on Tuesdays, sometime between 4 and 6 pm. They will be assigned an exact timeslot and tutor prior to the start of the term. These remain the same for the entire term.

Queer Youth Club
A safe place where ALL are welcome to be themselves. Find support, eat snacks, get creative, discuss favorite books, and more! Bring a friend, or make a new one. For grades 5-8.

Use library equipment for learning about digital and analog music creation! Whether you come for Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) or ukuleles, you're welcome here! Play, demo equipment, and ask questions to our knowledgeable staff. Get answers about creating music at the library!

Black History Month: Cooking History & Black Eyed Peas
Stones, Bones and Blacked-Eyed Peas presents: The historical and cultural significance of black eyed peas. Join chef and owner of Finer Things Events & Catering, Michelle Guinn, along with her daughter, Sable Askew and take a trip back into history. Enjoy a cooking demonstration using traditional foods and recipes cooked by African Americans from the time of slavery, and explore their many modern interpretations.

Sistahs4Life Soulful Line Dancing -- Beginners!
Get active, get healthy, get fit — all while line dancing, exercising and having fun! Line dance: Move to the beat, feel the energy, and get your steps in without even realizing it! Sistahs4Life brings soulful line dancing all over the Portland metro area. This class is suited for beginners and still fun for those with more experience.
Creative Learning: Bambu 3D Printer
Use a 3D printer and get help from staff on creating a project of your choice (subject to time limits). No experience necessary! A selection of colors of PLA will be available for you to use.
Space is limited and registration is required. Registration opens January 14
Children in grades 5 and under must be accompanied by an attentive teen or adult.

Portland Puzzlers
Join fellow puzzlers to tackle 1000-piece challenges! These pieces feature everything from surreal art to suspiciously smug-looking cats. Someone always misplaces a corner piece...until it magically reappears, that is. No rules, no pressure, and absolutely no gluing allowed.

Introduction to Video Game Design
In this comprehensive program, participants will learn to create a playable game from scratch using the industry-standard Unity game engine. You will master Unity fundamentals, unlock the power of C# programming, develop your own 2D platformer, unleash your artistic side with character design, and compose your game's theme song.
