Calling all teens in grades 6-12! Come make something cool, learn a new skill, and meet friendly people in this teen-friendly space. Creative Learning Room staff and volunteers will teach you how to use our tech equipment to design things and express yourself. Project examples include 3D printers, craft cutters, sewing machines, custom t-shirts and tote bags, tons of art supplies for painting, jewelry making, and more.

Learn how to create your own ribbon skirts from start to finish! Measure fabric and select ribbons to sew your project to take home. This workshop welcomes all levels of sewing experience. Join an opportunity to celebrate your tribal heritage and culture in a supportive, creative space. Presented by Native library staff. Materials will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own.

In this four-day (Monday to Thursday) afternoon camp for beginners, you'll turn curiosity into understanding and learn the basics behind the tech that powers the world around you. Explore how everyday objects turn digital: get to know electronic components (wires, switches, LEDs, resistors, and more), create a musical instrument you play by waving your hand, and more!

In this four-day (Monday to Thursday) afternoon camp for beginners, you'll turn curiosity into understanding and learn the basics behind the tech that powers the world around you. Space is limited; Every participant (tween, teen, or adult) must be signed up in advance to reserve a spot.

Use a 3D printer and get help from staff on creating a project of your choice (subject to time limits). No experience necessary! A selection of colors of PLA will be available for you to use.

Children in grades 5 and under must be accompanied by an attentive teen or adult.

Students perform amazing chemical reactions as they measure and mix ingredients and discover substances with strange and surprising properties: polymers. Make two different slimy concoctions for big-time chemistry fun. Topics include chemical reactions, states of matter, polymers and lab procedures. Intended for kids in grades K-5 with a guardian. Please sign up for ONE session!

Get ready to build and create in this LEGO club just for teens. We provide all the bricks, you just bring your creativity!
