Join us for an online storytime for ages birth - 6 and their favorite adult with fun books, songs, rhymes, and more!

This program is intended for children and their caregivers. Participants may be asked to identify themselves either through camera, chat, or by unmuting. If you would like to attend as an observer, please contact us at 503.988.5123.

Meet one-on-one with a friendly, knowledgeable Tech Helper who will help you find answers to questions about mobile devices, websites, getting started with tech, and more.

Appointments are on a first come, first served basis.

¡Vengan a disfrutar y divertirse en este programa interactivo para niños de 0 a 6 años! Ofrecemos actividades que promueven la alfabetización temprana, leyendo libros, cantando, jugando y haciendo manualidades. Los padres, hermanos mayores de 6 años y cuidadores son bienvenidos. Gain a greater understanding of the power and use cases for Cloud Storage through the lens of Google Drive. Building upon the Gmail class, the Google Drive class offers students an introduction to the integration of the Google ecosystem. Students will learn the benefits of using cloud storage, allowing them to further understand how to upload, create, and interact with file storage.

In this class you'll learn how to use a Google Sheets template to track your business expenses and income for your small business. We'll cover how to:

• categorize and track expenses accurately,
• record income sources and calculate totals automatically
• and utilize formulas for advanced calculations (e.g., averages, totals).

We begin with the parts of a computer and how to recognize common icons and tools. Learners will also practice using a mouse and keyboard.

Library computers will be provided for use in class. No previous computer experience required.

This class is for beginners who want to learn how to use Gmail. By the end of the class, you'll know how to send and receive emails, organize your inbox, and adjust some basic settings to make Gmail work for you.

What will you create? Bring your ideas and make them a reality with 3D printers, craft cutters, laser cutter, sewing machines, art supplies and more.

For teens in grades 6-12.

Decorate and engrave a custom wooden phone stand using a laser cutter. All materials will be provided.

To attend this program, you need to have basic computer skills and know how to use a computer with a mouse. Children in grades 5 and under must be accompanied by an attentive teen or adult.

Space is limited and registration is required. Registration opens on October 31.
