What better time to gather with community virtually and learn together how to support our well-being! The purpose of the course is to not only learn what psychological research says about what makes us happy but also to put those strategies into practice.
A learning circle is a free study group for people who want to learn something together and will be led by a facilitator. This learning circle will meet twice a week for 6 meetings and each meeting will be 90 minutes.
