Celebrate the power of books in creating a stronger community.

Thank you for making Everybody Reads a huge success once again this year!

Through a shared reading experience we discussed issues that matter, learned from each other and promoted greater understanding.

The Everybody Reads 2015 selection was The Residue Years by Mitchell S. Jackson.  Extra copies of the book and e-book are available thanks to the generous support of The Library Foundation. The Residue Years is also available in audio format from the Oregon Talking Book and Braille Library. For more information, patrons can contact the Oregon Talking Book and Braille Library at 503.378.5389 or tbabs.info@state.or.us

Jackson spoke Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. Author appearance made possible by Literary Arts. An archived version of the event is available from Literary Arts.
