Toddler Storytime
Toddlers (with a favorite adult) enjoy interactive stories, songs and games that encourage their emerging language skills.
Attendance is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Symphony Storytime
The Oregon Symphony is on the road for interactive, musical storytimes. Each week features a visit from an Oregon Symphony musician who will play and provide an introduction to their instrument and orchestral music.
Attendance is limited and free tickets are available 15 minutes before storytime.
Read to the Dogs
Improve your reading skills and make a new friend by reading aloud to a therapy dog. The dogs and handlers are from Alliance of Therapy Dogs, Dove Lewis Portland Area Canine Therapy Teams and Pet Partners®. Call 503.988.5123 to register.
K-12 Virtual Tutoring / Tutoría Virtual
Virtual Tutoring is for students in grades K-12 who need support in language arts, math, science or social studies.
We offer three terms a year, each running for 8 weeks.
The student’s weekly appointment will be for 30 minutes on Tuesdays, sometime between 4 and 6 pm. They will be assigned an exact timeslot and tutor prior to the start of the term. These remain the same for the entire term.
Makerspace drop-in for adults
What will you create? Bring your ideas, inventions, and projects to share or to get help on. Space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To attend this program, you need to have basic computer skills and know how to use a computer with a mouse. If you are new to computers, entry-level computer classes and one-on-one assistance are available at the library.
Bug Out! Drawing and Painting Insects for Teens
Investigate real insects and create detailed nature-based drawings and paintings.
Graphic Novel Club grades 6-8
Middle school students are invited to talk about comics and eat snacks! Every meeting includes a short activity related to this month's book. A limited number of books are available for pick up at the library.

Hora de Cuentos Bilingüe para Bebés - Bilingual Book Babies
Acompáñenos en esta serie de horas de cuentos bilingües para bebés de 0 a 12 meses. Tendremos canciones, rimas, y libros ilustrados divertidos seguidos de un tiempo especial para jugar y socializar.
Join us for a series of bilingual baby (0-12 months) storytimes. We’ll have fun, baby-approved songs, rhymes and short picture books. Followed by special time for play and socializing.
