Citizenship Class - 11 sessions
Learn about the process of becoming a citizen in a 12-week series of classes. Prepare for your citizenship interview. Study United States history and government for the examination. Classes are taught by a volunteer from SOAR Legal.

Tiny Tots Playtime (ages 1-2 years)
Play and learning go hand in hand. While our storytimes are on break, join other families for a fun playtime (for ages 1-2) with books, toys, music, and all the room you need to learn through play. As Mr. Rogers said, "... for children play is serious learning. Play is really the work of childhood."
Birth to 3 Storytime Online
Join us online for a storytime filled with fun, interactive songs, rhymes, bounces and stories especially for babies & toddlers ages 0-2 and their favorite adults. Learn early literacy and child development tips to help build your child's emerging language skills.

Read to the Dogs
Improve your reading skills and make a new friend by reading aloud to a therapy dog. The dogs and handlers are from Alliance of Therapy Dogs, Dove Lewis Portland Area Canine Therapy Teams and Pet Partners®. Call 503.988.5123 to register.
Tween Council
Help your librarian choose the best books, movies, comics, programs and events for you and your friends. Have fun working on special projects, making new friends, and creating the perfect library for you! This is a volunteer position and snacks will be provided. For kids aged 9-12.
Resume Review Drop-in
Do you need some help with your resume? Are you unsure about your choice of words? Struggling to describe your accomplishments? Come meet with an experienced volunteer for a one-on-one review. If you have a paper copy of your resume, please bring it along.
No registration required, drop in during the scheduled time for first come first served help. Sessions are generally 30 minutes.
