Yoga for All Abilities

Chair Yoga for those with limited mobility.  The word Yoga translates to 'the union of mind and body'.   Yoga increases balance, stamina and brain clarity.   A focus on breath, strength, flexibility and mindfulness increases participants' well being.  Poses are adapted for all abilities; seated or standing/lying on the floor.  Participants gain calm and strength in a warm, inclusive environment.  Brynna has 20 years experience teaching dance and yoga.  She brings humor, compassion and love of movement to her classes.
