Learn about mental health through listening and talking about hip hop with ZaDora Williams, LCSW, of Sankofa Healing Center. Join a conversation with other teens about wellness topics like anxiety, PTSD, depression, ADHA, historical trauma and the effects of racism in this four-part series.
