Teresa will address what it takes to get outdoors: basic gear, skill levels necessary for different types of activities, how to find adventure buddies, when you should go with a professional, and safety issues.
She’ll guide the group through a simple series of stretches for hiking and other outdoor activities, lead a Portland outdoor trivia game, and leave a little time for questions. A book signing will follow the program.
