In this increasingly demanding digital world, we must establish boundaries with technology. Digital well-being is about limiting screen time, managing app settings and making modifications in tech for our wellness.

In this class, we will explore the following:

  • Learn about the digital well-being movement
  • Explore low-tech and hi-tech strategies to help us establish boundaries
  • Customize settings to make your devices more user friendly

The first hour of this event will be a group class. The last 30 minutes are optional and will be for more personalized support on this topic.
