Teen Writing Contest

The Award ceremony for the Summer Teen Writing Contest is Wednesday August 27th at 6:30 at the Central Library (801 SW 10th, Portland Oregon). There will be 8 finalists, one runner up and one first place winner in each category:

Best prose entry, grades 6 - 8
Best poetry entry, grades 6 - 8
Best prose entry, grades 9 - 12
Best poetry entry, grades 9 - 12

Each finalist will receive a Powell's Gift Card. Runners up receive a $25 gift card and First place winners a $75 gift card.
