Although a commercial site, it offers concise information on old roses by class (i.e., rugosa or china roses); by rose name, and by date introduced. Using the "Find roses by class" section allows you to compare bloom color, rebloom, fragrance, and growth habits of many roses within each class. Includes some color photos of individual roses.
