Strategic Plan
In 2005, Multnomah County Library convened a 15-member citizens committee to identify the community's needs and how the library might best help meet these needs. The strategic plan (pdf) that emerged from this process incorporporates seven goals also endorsed by the Library Advisory Board and the Multnomah County Board of Commissioners. The plan provides a blueprint for the library's future.
