PORTLAND, OR The Title Wave Used Bookstore will hold back-to-back sales this month.
During the Educator Sale on Wednesday, April 29, from 37 p.m., educators get 60 percent off all purchases! Just show your teacher ID or homeschool certification.
During the Bag of Books Sale on Thursday, April 30, and Friday, May 1, anyone can fill a bag with books (or audiobooks or other used merchandise) for $10 (the bag is provided). The sale runs from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on both days, or until the store runs out of stock!
The Title Wave is holding these sales in preparation for its temporary closure, May 430. The closure will facilitate the construction of an access ramp to the store, which will reopen for business on June 1.
The Title Wave is Multnomah County Library's volunteer-operated used bookstore, offering shoppers a selection of more than 20,000 used library materials, including books, audiobooks, CDs, DVDs, videos, records, cassettes and magazines at bargain prices.
The Title Wave is located at 216 N.E. Knott St., Portland. Normal hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. For more information, call 503.988.5021.
