Local bluesman Steve Cheseborough plays and talks blues with equal mastery. In this class, Steve will present a live performance, lecture, old recordings, readings and discussion. The focus is on the 1900s–1930s, when the music developed in and emerged from sharecroppers' shacks and country jukes to become the dominant sound of the world's popular music.
